The Ormazabal Learning Center (Ormazabal’s internal training platform) is growing with the launch of a new educational module in finance. This new e-learning module, which allows employees to enhance and certify their financial knowledge, joins the extensive internal training offer for employees, which includes technical and commercial training programs, as well as talent development programs.
This new offering coincides with the update of the aforementioned reference programs. Thus, the technical/commercial e-learning has been updated to include the new product portfolio, and the mentoring training included improvements in 2023 that resulted in thirty new mentoring processes for professionals at the beginning of their careers in the company.
All this effort is reflected in the 37,857 hours invested by Ormazabal employees in their training, including other types of learning activities in languages, strategic planning, or leadership. This employee training, in addition to remaining stable over time, translates into an average of 15 hours of training per professional per year.
